Personal informations.

I was born in Livorno, Italy, on 1969. Married and with two children. I am graduated in Political Sciences (Sociology of Work) in 1995 and then moved first to London and then in Florence. I live now in Livorno since 2001. Currently I share my working life between Italy and the United Kingdom dealing with counseling in vocational training, competence development and business development for private companies from various sectors.

 

My professional experience.

Work professionally as a consultant since 1994 in professional training and analysis of competences. I'm developed significant experience within industrial association (Confindustria Toscana), then as responsible for training and consulting division in the field of e-health and as a consultant and trainer since 2007 for the actions implemented in Tuscany about  the new system Regional Competence (SRC), with projects carried out also in other Italian regions (Sardinia, Calabria). Is a trainer on the Tuscan system and the standards derived from the European Qualifications Framework for operators and public administration.

In addition to these activities in the mid-2000s started another line of work as "business developer" for the development of the market and the customer portfolio of private companies both for the Italian market and global market as well into the specific programmes of internationalization. The areas covered are primarily aimed at those industrial construction and manufacturing plants in the Energy, Oil & Gas and in the service sector (ICT, Engineering energy sector).
